Describe your ideal work environment. (02/10/2007)
My ideal work environment would give us slightly flexible hours, sufficient monetary, human, and physical resources to dedicate to projects, support for employee career growth and training, employee intercommunication and interaction for mentoring and peer reviewing. Stability is also very important, as is my role in maintaining it. Company departments must think as a single team rather than individual groups vying with each other.

I am most passionate about web technologies and their interoperation to provide efficient flow of communications.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? (02/10/2007)
I am currently working in a team leader capacity and am developing myself towards IT management.
Why did you choose this career? (02/10/2007)
Working as an electrical engineer, I was required to set up my own systems and discovered an aptitude for taking care of networks and systems. I educated myself in system administration and combined that with my programming knowledge. I continue to further my knowledge on a daily basis through many sources available on the internet.
