My ideal work environment would give us slightly flexible hours, sufficient budgetary, human, and physical resources to dedicate to projects, support for employee career growth and training, employee intercommunication and interaction for mentoring and peer reviewing. Stability is also very important, as is my role in maintaining it. Company departments must think as a single team rather than individual groups vying with each other.

I am most passionate about systems built around web technologies and their interoperation to provide efficient flow of communications.

Why did you choose this career? (02/15/2009)

Working as an electrical engineer, I was required to set up my own systems and discovered an aptitude for networks and systems maintenance. I educated myself in system administration and combined that with my programming knowledge. I continue to further my knowledge on a daily basis through books and the many sources available on the internet.
